Lorraine Murombe Operations Director
Lorraine is a co-founder and is the backbone of Bloom & Host Studio — the person who ensures that everything promised to a client is delivered, on time, to standard, without exception.
With eight years of experience in the hospitality sector at Ngezi Hotel, and a marketing degree from Monash, Lorraine developed an instinct for service excellence that few in the industry can match. She understands what it means to operate at a high standard, day in and day out — and she brings that same discipline to every event she oversees.
Behind the scenes, Lorraine manages the intricate work that makes great events possible — sourcing and vetting suppliers, managing event administration, and building the trusted network of partners that underpins every Bloom & Host production. She knows who to call, what to ask, and exactly what standard the answer needs to meet.

Thelma Murungweni Creative Director
Thelma is the co-founder and creative director of Bloom & Host Studio — and the standard by which every event we produce is measured.
With a BSc in Project Management and butler training from the internationally acclaimed SABA International Butler School in Cape Town, Thelma brings a rare combination of academic rigour, world-class service etiquette, and genuine creative vision to every event she touches.
Over seven years working alongside some of Zimbabwe's finest event professionals shaped not just her skill set, but her exacting eye for detail and deep respect for the client experience. She founded Bloom & Host with one clear intention — to build something meaningful. A studio where luxury is felt, not just seen.
